Red Wing Postman for men
In the 1950s, police officers and postmen mostly walked. The hours they spent on their feet required comfortable and sturdy footwear. In 1954, Red Wing responded with model no. 101, a sturdy black oxford with a mouldable insole. The shoe could be polished to meet uniform requirements, but it was robust enough for anything a police officer or postman experienced on their rounds.
